Social Committee Meeting

What's up ROTARY!!!!!!!

 

This is your friendly Social Committee Chair, Laurie Polomsky, with an invitation to our next Social Committee Meeting on Tuesday, November 12th, right after our regular Rotary meeting in the same room.

This meeting will focus on planning our Rotary Holiday Party on Monday, December 9th — and we have a few moving parts to coordinate so everything runs smoothly!

• Evening Itinerary / Agenda

• Games, surprises, and special touches

Here’s the tentative event flow for December 9th:

• Social Committee Arrival: 5:00 PM (This time may change the closer we get to the event for other setup options/ needs)

• Guest Arrival & Cocktail Hour: 6:00–7:00 PM

• Welcome, Prayer & Dinner Buffet: 7:00 PM

• (Followed by fun, games, and surprises!)
