Rotary is celebrating its third annual Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament this year at Tour 18 Golf Course on Thursday, May 4th. Businesses are snapping up golf sponsorships but there are still several in which to choose. "Do Good AND Have Fun" by promoting your business (and playing golf) at this annual fundraising golf tournament. Money raised goes towards local charities. Rotarian volunteers (shown here from last year's tournament) help to keep costs down and maximize the money we can provide to local charities.
The Rotary Club of Lake Houston Area has sponsorships available for its Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament (celebrated on Thursday, May 4th this year) at the beautiful and unique Tour 18 Golf Course in Humble. This is the third consecutive year Rotary has held its golf tournament at Tour 18.
Funds raised from sponsorships for this tournament help Lake Houston Rotary provide non-profit grants to local charities.
Organizations receiving funds during Rotary’s 2022-2023 fiscal year include Humble ISD student scholarships, Humble ISD FFA Livestock Auction, YMCA, Including Kids Autism Center, Family Promise, Humble Area Assistance Ministries (HAAM), Re: Mind Depression & Bipolar Support, The Village Centers, Community Response Task Force (CRTF), Junior Rotarian Program, Rotary Youth Exchange Program, Society of St. Stephens, Oaks of Righteousness, Mission Northeast, Rotary Rose Group, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, WINGS Ministry, Boots for Troops, Hopeful Hearts, Dora's Dawgs and Katz, to name just a few.
Charitable donations and grants are made to and by the Lake Houston Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
Sponsorships already sold include Plains State Bank as this year’s presenting sponsor. Gold Executive Club sponsors include Plains State Bank and Edward Jones. Stellar Bank has purchased the lunch sponsorship; Robbins Automotive is the Hole in One Sponsor, Price Financial will be the Beverage Cart Sponsor and Liberty Bank will be the Registration Table Sponsor.
