In 1989, it was voted to allow women to join Rotary clubs worldwide. In a years time, more than 20,000 women joined Rotary, with the number skyrocketing to nearly 200,000 by 2010.
Today, Humble Rotary is comprised of 27% women members, and has had 4 women presidents in our nearly 51 year history. Humble Rotary is proud to honor the achievements and accomplishments of women around the world not only on International Women’s Day, but everyday.
