The Rotary Club of Humble is raffling off a 2016 mint condition Corvette Stingray coupe (pictured) sponsored by Robbins Chevrolet in Humble and one of ten $250 VISA gift cards. Raffle tickets are $100 and only 1,100 tickets will be sold. This Corvette Stingray has less than 3,000 miles with a Laguna Blue exterior, 6.2L V8 engine, 8-speed paddle shift auto transmission, remote vehicle-start, jet black interior, QX3 chrome aluminum wheels and a removable carbon fiber roof panel. Tickets may be purchased from any club member or from their website at www.HumbleRotaryRaffle.com.
 
 
The 3rd Annual Generation Park Bock Party will be held at Redemption Square, 250 Assay Street, Houston,  on Saturday, May 2 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Proceeds will benefit local charities and schools in the greater Lake Houston area supported by the Rotary Club of Humble and its Summer Creek Satellite Club affiliate.
 
Come for a day filled with live music, delicious food and drinks and plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Attendance and parking are free. Be sure to stay through the day to see the fireworks show to end the evening.
 
Rotary Club of Humble lives by the motto, “Service Above Self” and provides thousands of dollars annually for local student scholarships, leadership and exchange student programs, non-profit community organizations including Rotary ROSE Group, Family Time Crisis, Mission Northeast, H.A.A.M., Family Promise of Lake Houston, Including Kids, Lake Houston Family YMCA, Village Learning, Society of St. Stephen, re:MIND, Oaks of Righteousness (partial list) and Rotary International public service projects.
 
Money will be raised through the sale of sponsorships and booth space to businesses attending the 2020 Block Party. Additionally, $100 raffle tickets will be sold with the grand prize of a mint-condition 2016 Corvette Stingray coupe sponsored by Robbins Chevrolet in Humble, valued at $45,000. Other raffle prizes include 10 VISA gift cards in the amount of $250. Only 1,100 raffle tickets will be sold.
